It is a known fact that a good breakfast can increase your metabolism and will stop you from chewing unhealthy food for the rest of the day. Always remind yourself to have a better first meal.

People often take healthy as dull food but with proper knowledge, calculation and creativity you can create wonders.

1. BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES

Pancakes are highly demanded by us all. Next time when your children ask you for a pancake prepare this one for making their choices better.

Ingredients
• 1/2 small banana, chopped
• 1/3 cup prepared whole-grain pancake batter
• Two teaspoons peanut butter
• One teaspoon honey

Take the pancake batter and add peanut butter and banana to it. Cook it and serve with honey as the dressing.

2. VANILLA SPICE FRENCH TOAST WITH APPLE

It is necessary to change your menu every once in a while it is not just good or our taste buds but also makes us reduce fat as it let our brain to function it first. Here is the recipe for a yumilicious breakfast.

Ingredients
• One whole egg and two egg whites
• One teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 medium apple, sliced
• Dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg
• Two pieces whole-grain bread

Take a bowl and add eggs, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon and whisk. Dip breads in the mixture and sauté it. Place the apple slices on top.

3. PEAR & HONEY OATMEAL WITH ALMONDS

Oatmeal is the best breakfast you can allow yourself to have. Even on a diet or not, oatmeal makes us feel full for a long time hence we do not go for things that are unhealthy. Here is the recipe for a pear and honey oatmeal with almonds.

Ingredients
• One medium pear, diced
• One packet plain oatmeal
• One tablespoon almonds, chopped
• Two teaspoons honey

Take diced pears and honey in a bowl and warm it for about three minutes. On the other hand prepare oatmeal, top it up with pear and honey. Add almonds for a better taste and healthier meal.

4. OAT, MILK, AND BERRY

Are you one of those who loves eating but hates to work for it, then this recipe is developed for you.

Ingredients
• One cup oat cereal
• One cup skim milk
• One cup blueberries

Add all the three ingredients in a bowl and VOILA you are good to go.

5. PECAN BANANA WAFFLES

This amazing recipe is very easy to make. Here are the ingredients.

Ingredients
• Two frozen and low fat, whole grain waffles
• 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
• Two tablespoons pecans, chopped

Place two low-fat whole grain waffles on a plate and toast bananas and pecans into it.
